Refund policy
No tickets, downloads, merchandise or subscriptions are sold on this site, so there is nothing to buy here and nothing to refund. Refunds only ever relate to a deposit paid for a confirmed booking.

Booking deposits
- Cancelled by Romario — the deposit is refunded in full.
- Cancelled by the booker more than [28 days] before the event — the deposit is retained to cover the held date.
- Cancelled by the booker within [28 days] — the deposit is retained and part of the remaining fee falls due, as set out in the booking terms.
- Event prevented by something outside either party's control — the date is moved where possible, otherwise the deposit is refunded.
Refunds are made by the original payment method within 14 days of agreement.
Something not right?
If you feel a booking was not delivered as agreed, email romario.teamuk@gmail.com within 14 days and it will be discussed and resolved directly.
